La risorsa è impiegata nel ruolo di Customer Service della BU appartenente agli Specialty Polyamides.

Lo scopo del ruolo è il supporto commerciale per il business.

La posizione è inserita all'intenro del Team commerciale, presso lo stabilimento in provincia di Cremona.

Contratto tempo determinato per sostituzione maternità.

Required Profile

1. Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente e Qualità:

• partecipa alla sicurezza delle persone e degli uffici di pertinenza, attraverso il rispetto delle regole aziendali e delle norme vigenti

2. Assistenza Amministrativa:

• redazione delle LTD (Long Term Declaration)

3. Assistenza Commerciale:

• mantiene il rapporto con i clienti tramite contatti telefonici ed emails regolari
• richiede e registra le previsioni di vendita, verifica la loro realizzazione nel corso del mese
• controlla gli ordini in termini di prezzo, quantità, condizioni di pagamento, prima di inserirli nel sistema (SAP) e li gestisce fino alla spedizione
• gestisce le richieste dei clienti (schede tecniche, certificati, schede di sicurezza, prezzi, disponibilità di prodotto)
• gestisce la creazione, gestione e chiusura dei reclami dei clienti: resi e note di credito
• assicura l'inserimento e la gestione degli ordini di campionatura sotto richiesta del Responsabile Commerciale
• gestisce le note di credito (a seguito di approvazione del Direttore Vendite)
• monitora i conti dei clienti e le richieste di pagamento, insieme al Responsabile Commerciale
• gestisce l'archiviazione dei documenti: contratti, fatture, ordini, listini prezzi
